History and Approach
Exelient Africa was founded in 2014 in Nigeria and has pioneered for the establishment of Africa-India Business Council which is to serve as a base to promote ease in business relations between Africa and India for a shared future. The group went on to in 2017 incorporate Their First Subsidiary Exelient Services Limited under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of 1990 with The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria to solely focus on almost all aspects of Education, and related services. Later on in 2018, more subsidiaries were incorporated in Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of 1990 with the CAC and in Zambia under the Companies Act No. 10, 2017 with the Patents and Companies Registration Agency (PACRA) i.e. Exelient Services Africa Limited, and Exelient Africa Limited Respectively, further diversifying the verticals of the group.
In 2020, Exelient Services Afrika (I) PVT LTD was incorporated under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs – Government of India, allowing the Group to expand in Information Technology, and to further promote Economic Diplomacy. A major outcome of this will be the bridging of the Business relationship between Africa and India, thus complementing the efforts of governments of respective African countries and India especially in enabling Foreign Direct Investment for overall development.
